The organization's culture becomes the definition of the member's behavioral patterns and performance in work and schools fundraisers have a big role to play in it. These corporate cultures have so much to say of what the organization is all about and much on the foundation it has.

One very common formula of how corporate cultures emerge in an organization is the main influence of the top management and in this case, the influence of schools fundraisers. The top management is the source of all there is in the organization. Their words become the movement of everyone. Their created vision and mission becomes the shared vision and mission of the organization, their strategies becomes the strategy of the whole organization. It is their influence that carries the organization's reputation and it is because of them the organization was born, alive and still kicking in the future. The words then of the top management become the fuel of the organization. They instruct and then they implement along with their people. The employees now respond in the ways of the organization. Just like if the organization implements wearing formal corporate attire, then everyone should do so or else, they will look underdressed with their pair of blouses and jeans. What the management wants becomes the behavior of everyone in the company. It's like there has been a shared agreement between the top management and the people that everyone conforms to it. And then after, the organization's behaviors will then become a test of results; an indication if it has brought a positive impact to the organization or it only has destroyed their reputation. This then becomes the indicators of a successful performance or not; it the goals of the organizations were helping or it needs improvement or for some, changes. So when the organization has effected on policies or a culture that brought forth a positive impact to the members then the company then chooses to continue with the said practice. On the other hand, if the organization notices that the culture has created so much gap between the members and caused misunderstandings and feud then the company chooses to either eliminate such practices or better improve the said practices. Tendencies of company's are to imitate other company's or competitors that they find successful having certain famous cultures practiced; but not all of these apply to all organizations as it also would depend to the nature of the organization. So any corporate culture should also be carefully studied and proper observation should be done before such cultures will totally be applied or practiced in the organization. So acceptable cultures will then be maintained and unacceptable cultures will be eliminated. And for some who can live with the culture stays in the organization and happily works for the organization but for some who disagrees with the culture well, they either leave or will tend to deviate. For those who deviate, they really do not want to leave the organization because although they do not like the culture, they love the organization, so they do things as much as they can to reorganize the organization and make it a better place. But for some, they would rather not waste time so they choose to leave.
