If employees attain the expected results then awards will be given. They show little concern to the welfare of the members, not so much in their own personal developments but see the organization as the number one priority. The people are important but they really do not see the people as the main rationale for the organization's success though they consider them as one of the factors. This type of leaders are very classical in nature and are really up for the organization's being before anything else because they believe that once the organization succeeds, everything else will follow.
