Fundraising ideas need able model leaders. No matter how good the idea or no matter how finely it was conceptualized, without competent leaders to handle the situation all the ideas will all go to waste.

What the organization need or even the excellent fundraising ideas are the equally exceptional leaders who can carry out a brilliant idea and put it into action. The best test of an excellent idea is how well it can be carried out and applied testing the harsh environment of the business world. Excellent ideas will remain excellent in papers and in words but all of these are just illusions. An idea will only be an excellent and successful idea when paired with an excellent leader. So what traits of a leader are needed for these ideas to work? First and one of the very important traits is one to be a participative leader. The team will appreciate it more if they see their leaders work with them on the field. It gives the employees confidence that they can survive any hurdle that may come their way because they know they have a leader that is approachable despite the big gap in position. Although, a leader exposing himself on the field should also practice control and superiority to avoid employees being too dependent or lame due to the lax control of the leaders. Even if they appear on the field, leaders should still make steps to distinguish themselves so respect still remains as them being leaders. Also firm commands should be practiced for members to remind them of their positions no matter how grounded their leaders are. Another important trait is leaders being achievement-oriented. How will you expect a company to succeed if the leaders lack the desire to achieve or progress into something beyond the extraordinary? People need results; they want to see results as they want to know where their efforts are going. Besides, knowing that the company succeeded, people become energized to work even harder for all their efforts are paid off. This is the important role of leaders and this is where we connect the two traits. When leaders show participation, it shows they are very inclined to achieve something that they even extend not only their intellectual capacity but their physical presence to work side by side with the workers to know straight from them what needs improvement and what makes the company survive. In the end, these model leaders who have no limits when it comes to work are the ones who succeed. Ideas are not only produced in corporate meetings, sometimes the best of these ideas are seen on the manufacturing department, or the actual research and development department or basically on the actual working stations of the company. Ideas are best seen when you are on the place per se; on the offices people actually work because it is where you see the actual picture of situation, an understanding more than words reported in the papers of supervisors. And it all pays off when numbers starts to rise and more employees getting frenzied to work for you because of your overly high competence.
